Return and Refund Policy

We do not accept Returns for books not required by buyer once they are dispatched by us. Books are posted by Indiapost Registered Parcel or locally by couriers. However, Mula Mutha Publishers does not take responsibility for damage in transit.

A replacement will  be issued only  if the book is having manufacturing errors such a blank pages or if a wrong item is sent. The original book should be sent to us by post and  a Replacement is sent after the manufacturing errors are examined. These errors should be intimated to us by e mail within 48 hours  of receipt of the book by the buyer.

There is no provision for Refund/Cancellation once the book is dispatched by us.

Once an order is placed, it is understood that this policy has been read, understood and agreed by the buyer.
